Easy to use. Easily scan all options - emails, copies, PDFs, etc. In eight years, this scanner has never missed a beat. It's built to last and fulfills everything we need in our office. This is both a flatbed scanner and a sheetfed scanner. The cover can be easily removed for books, large documents or pictures. This is a high resolution and fast scan of bow legs. This scanner has survived two desktops and five laptops and is working like new. This is probably why the manufacturer discontinued this model. If mine breaks, I'll find another of the same model. I can't think of anything that could be improved.
