First of all I have to say that I received all the straws intact. Some reviewers stated that their watch was broken. The straws are thick, more for a smoothie than a regular drink, but in the end they're all the same, so I'm happy with the purchase. I haven't used them yet, but I'm sure it's pretty easy. My only concern is that the small cleaning brushes will scratch the class when washing, but hopefully that's not a problem.
