Review on Church Equip Online by Jacob Leon

I like how easy it is to use for our church! It has been very helpful with keeping track of memberships/donations as well as having an online directory system where we can search by last names or phone number in order find someone quickly if needed (we have many volunteers). The only thing i dislike about this product would be their lack off customer service when you run into problems within your website; they are quick at responding but not always what's going wrong either before hand so there isn't much help from them afterwards unless its something major which could potentially take weeks just waiting around until support gets back too us after hours etc., We love all aspects except maybe some minor errors heren'there sometimes regarding updating records ect..
