I love it! But I did encounter an occasional prickly pinpoint. However, I have them in every size they come in. There were a few voids in the deluxe replacement needle set, so I used the thick set and the smaller point needles separately. A barbed tip renders the pair unusable which is why I bought replacement pairs for them through this listing. Of the 28 pins (14 pairs), two had spiky tips and one barely had a smooth enough tip (I must have been picky and realized it wasn't bothering me until I was halfway through the baby blanket). Aside from the rare broken needle, these buttery soft knits are my favorite brand. A few years ago I bought a trial pack of an old version that was nickel plated with blunter tips. This new version with chrome and pointed ends is just amazing! Recommended for knitters who like low friction when working with yarn.
