It is easy to understand the target audience and it helps us to know what people like and dislike about certain platforms. The platform is a bit expensive compared to other similar platforms, but I guess this is because of their business model and not because of the product itself. I think it's an excellent tool for understanding your customers or even potential clients! We have been able to see new ways of using our products. I really enjoyed working with the team in Codec. Their understanding of digital and the audience and their ability to deliver on the promises made was second to none. They were always on time and delivered on time. The work was never rushed and the creative was always on point. I would love to work with them again. I would recommend them to any company that wants to engage with their audience. They are the best. We engaged with our audience and created a digital platform that allowed us to do this.
