This thing works. in Kitchen & Dining

I'm still trying to figure out how this thing works so well, but it works. I was skeptical because of the price and also because it says nothing at all. I reluctantly punctured it several times with one of my cheaper knives and knew immediately that it worked. I speared it with one of my more expensive Japanese knives and it worked even better. Somehow multiple passes through this thing equates to nearly 10 minutes on multiple bars. If you see that, this thing won't make any sense to you, but try to enjoy razor-sharp knives.
