I bought my Jaguar iPace about 2 weeks ago. For the first 8 days I chased drills all over town. I learned the hard way that my local mall's charging station charges per kilowatt and parking, so a 6 hour session that only got me about 70 miles cost about $28. During the break-in period, my car seemed to burn miles. I received this charger about 5 days ago and it was amazing. I'm sure part of this is due to my car's battery dying, but I start every day with a full 250 miles on one charge. I travel a lot every day. For the first 8 days of using public chargers, both level 2 chargers and fast chargers, I would finish my work day with 40 miles or less, sleep overnight on a fast charge ($20 plus), and then come up with about 220 miles home. It wasn't fun. Today I rode more than usual and still came home with about 130 miles. And in about 1.5 hours I have 181 miles. probably going from 130 miles to 250+ in less than 4 hours. It's a tier 2 charger, but it's at least twice as fast as any public tier 2 chargers I've used. It's so nice to charge at home! Thank you Lefanev, whoever you are.
