I originally bought the Wyze internal camera because it was highly rated. We have a raised ceiling in the entrance and the entrance is very dark. The Wyze camera identified us from time to time as we walked through the entrance and checked the camera. I contacted Wyze support and they couldn't figure out why they don't always identify us. I sent them copies of the magazine. I chose a Eufy indoor camera. I've found the camera resolution to be twice that of Wyze. Also, you can use a 128GB microSD card versus 32GB with Wyze. The clarity of the Eufy camera's image was significantly better than the Wyze camera, and the camera identified us every time we entered the entrance.
