After reading other reviews I decided to buy this phone and since I've had it it's been working perfectly. It's unlocked as advertised, I'm on a T-Mobile network so I can't say the same for all carriers. It was shipped quickly and was packaged very well. There are even headphones in the box. Haven't tried them yet as I'm a fan of my beats. However, I inserted my SIM card from my old cell phone (S7 edge) and switched everything myself without any problems. The phone tells you what to do. I put in my SIM card and then rebooted as instructed and done. I haven't had any issues so far and love all the features this phone has to offer. I am happy and satisfied with my purchase.
