I thought the lens was too big but after reading someone else's review I gave it a try. This lens is larger than the standard SkyBell lens (verified by SkyBell support). that SkyBell Slim and SkyBell HD use the same size). But after disassembling the Skybell by unscrewing 4 (one was hidden under the hologram skicker) the lens fitted the sensor perfectly. But as mentioned, you'll need to enlarge the hole in the lid for it to fit. I used a large drill to trim the edges of the hole in the lid to fit. Look at the picture how I had to drill the top of the hole so the camera hole and sensor hole were one aligned hole. At first I undercut, but upon reassembly I realized that this new lens should have a higher fit. That's why it's now a combined camera and sensor hole. Hope it made sense. In the end it worked! (It took me 45 minutes to perfect it. I hope you have less with this description.) Better than spending over $200 on a new device just because of a broken lens!
