You get what you pay for.

Installed and didn't even hook the flywheel the first time. Just twisted. Fortunately, Revain handles returns very well. Let's change it and see how it goes. To update. Got a replacement and it really worked. for three starts and then stop working all together. My charging system is fine and I have a new battery. Complete garbage. Save time and nerves and buy a quality starter.
