Overall I'm happy with this backpack as the construction is good and the size is great to carry water and some essentials when I go for a walk and the hydration bladder is easy to use and the clips are great for holding the hose in place. .However, the landing is not very good. In most cases, a chest strap cannot be used if you are a woman as it is not high enough to fit over the chest. This means if I use a hip belt, the backpack straps will loosen and unused chest straps will chafe on my arms. I'll try trimming the seams to allow the straps to slide higher to see if that helps. It's not too much of a problem for me as I only use it for running or cycling and I can't use it for running as it won't stay in place. If you are a woman looking for a secure fit I would suggest looking elsewhere but other than that this is a good package.
