Easy and reliable for our business especially taking care or payroll

I love how it's user friendly since we are not tech savvy people but they made sure that everyone could use this platform easily! There has been no major issues during my time working here as an admin/manager at one of its centers which was great because i am able too give feedback about what needs improvement if there were some problems while managing the center (but nothing really came up). As far as customer service goes; sometimes when calling them out after hours, it takes more than 30 mins before someone comes back asking me questions like "do u know your password?". If ur looking into adding employees then look elsewhere cuz illumin8 will take forever to train anyone so don't waste yer money. This thing saves us alot of work doing things manually by hand such updating attendance sheets etc.. Also helped ease stress levels knowing everything would go smoothly once done. We also realized where staff members had left off training thus making efficiency I love how this application makes it so much easier than other applications out there that require hard copies! This way we don't need those extra papers around which are always falling behind my desk somewhere!! Also when they go missing - no more panic attacks as its right at your fingertips. If only everything was like this. ! Nothing really but if something does come up then i would say send an email instead because most likely someone will find them sooner rather later anyway :).

Pros
  • Its quite simple just copy paste from excel sheet directly onto our portal with minimal clicks necessary unlike manual methods used previously in previous years!!! Just wish illumina did have features similar t o Quickbooks' payroll function though..it'd be nice :) lol..as well shtopping down payment amounts per job category &/
Cons
  • Mostly okay, but...
