Bagel function not working, both sides of bagel burned on 2 of 5 units
I bought this because of the bagel function which wasn't working. The bagel was burned on both sides, the cut and the outside, and it was low. Read the manual, which suggests just toasting the cut sides by putting the bagel in and pressing the bagel button.
