SnagR's tool gives us all of the functionality we need without requiring too many customizations or configurations on our end. The customer success team has been very responsive and quick to respond questions of any kind. The product is easy to adopt and manage, so far we've had no major issues. So far everything has worked as advertised. The support team at SwipeLeft, while sometimes slow to reply, have always been quick to fix an issue when they do get back to you. The platform is designed well for both developers and managers and offers great support from their customer success manager. They are solving our data collection problem right now and we have seen some amazing improvements since going live. We also use a third party system which allows us to upload photos of submittals, documents related to submittals, etc. I like that you are able to see who's been working at your sites so easily - I also love being notified about any changes or new work orders. The reporting system isn't as good for me personally when it comes to tracking progress of my own jobs. Also some aspects such as scheduling could use an update/improvement too! We needed a better way than just relying upon a spreadsheet which we were using previously. It has allowed us to track all of our project managers' schedules very quickly and efficiently!!
