Review on Acer CB272 Bmiprx FreeSync Technology 75Hz Monitor with Built-In Speakers by Cory Hernandez

Simple "affordable " monitor with a height-adjustable stand

I don't quite understand why a height-adjustable stand would instantly skyrocket a $150 monitor to $200. Why is height adjustment such a "premium" feature? I understand that an adjustable ladder is more expensive than a regular ladder. You literally get more stairs. Makes sense right? But god forbid you sit down at the table and you might want to adjust the viewing angle. COUGH OVER CASH, FARMER. rant. Bought this monitor for work. The job allowed me a budget of $200, and I had to pay the difference for everything else (I'll write it off anyway). I wouldn't recommend it for gaming. Of course 75 Hz, but the quality is not great. I think if you can't afford a 90Hz or 120Hz monitor this will do. But it still doesn't look very good. The colors are very pleasant. Literally the best thing about this monitor is that its height is adjustable and it was one of the CHEAPEST monitors I could find with this feature and it was still $200. It's annoying. Needless to say, the rotation is comfortable. The stand is fine and all connections work properly. - 1 star for the "premium" price of such a basic, basic function. And -1 star for the shiny plastic. Why does cheap always mean shiny plastic? This thing attracts fingerprints and dust like a magnet. Work. He does what you expect of him. A good entry-level monitor if you've never owned a monitor before. Or in my case the perfect work monitor. You're not going to do any photo/video editing for accurate colors on this thing, and barring novice gamers, just spend more and get a 120Hz monitor. Believe me. I have one at home. That's the difference between day and night.
