Review on Anchor Hocking 1-Gallon Penny Candy Glass Jar with Lid: Stylish Chrome Set of 2 by Christopher Ruth

I bought 5 of these and they come in pairs. ➡They are bigger than I thought and they are really cool!➡I plan to buy food grade silicone to make "oogoo” (I searched "how to make an airtight seal on glass container” on YouTube and found a Found video via oogoo 🙌 yay YouTube!💕😄👍) ↪ Sealable packaging is SO important to me because I plan to put my smoothie mix in these containers and want to buy enough to last at least a month's supply. ➡ These containers look really modern and chic. I made a huge mess 😫 and my house smelled like chemical vinegar fumes. 😓 Trying to wash my hands from it was hell too. Lesson learned!😅➡I switched from silicone sealant to silicone putty. I am very satisfied with the result! You can see it in the picture! ▶ After you apply putty and it's sealed, the first few after that reopens, it sort of reseals because it's still a little sticky. But that, too, is eventually corrected by the rediscovery. ✏ I bought 2 packs of silicone putty and it took both packs to seal all 10 cans! 😯 Nothing left over 😢✏ I highly recommend only mixing 1/2 of each yellow and white together at a time because this stuff sets REALLY FAST. Finish sculpting the first 5 glasses! 😫 I really freaked out!😅😆↪ After that I only mixed 1/2 of the mix in one set. I rolled it into long 6 inch snakes, removed the lid and placed it around the outside neck of the jar. I then put the lid back on and rolled out another snake just enough to raise the seal higher on the lid and make sure the putty completely covered the lid and that it was high enough all the way around (at least 1/2). Lid up!)✏ VERY HARD TO REMOVE FROM GLASS!😰😫. .😅 I only know because I accidentally broke one of the glass jars and wanted to keep the lid and seal for the other jar. (My aunt said she would buy me one from a thrift store.😉👍) But I don't use it for its intended purpose so I didn't deduct a single star from the product.😅👍 I'm so very happy with these results! 😍💕💕💕 Convince yourself!
