It arrived and I was so ready to install. Our new shower was just waiting for it to run out so we could use it. Unfortunately, it arrived without a couple of very important screws. Two hold the handle (S&W). Both are crucial to get this job done. So, to the local hardware store to buy what I need. I know I can get it back but we had to finish this to turn the shower back on. As for the quality. well, that's ok i think. Not quite what I expected, but in the end it looks good. Some of the parts didn't work for our application so we had to clean up our old parts and change the look and it worked in the end. While I know it's not very expensive, I expect to get all the parts that need to be included and not have to walk around town trying to find what I need.
