Very happy with this dish. It's not very heavy, but heavy enough that you don't have to worry about easily burning food. It is beautifully finished and the space saving concept of having two lids for all parts is great. Lids are grooved to fit snugly on all pots, from the smallest to the largest. What I don't like about lids is that they have fume vent holes that can't be closed. So if you need to cook something without reducing it, you can't. The steam is definitely coming and you need to check your food regularly/constantly rather than letting something like soup, stew or even spaghetti sauce simmer slowly for a long time. All pans stack into each other and is another way to save space IF your cabinets are big enough to accommodate them.
