1) The system is easy to use as it provides the complete functionality that I require for a daily basis.2) It is very affordable with its monthly cost3) Easy to customize reports4) Easy to access online support team- Highly recommended! Nothing much so far; we are loving it! We have not faced any challenge yet till now so we will only say that it is totally awesome.The best tool for our business needs at least for now as it has many functions such as order management, shipping, invoicing, etc. I like that it is easy for my customers to use as well as their employees. It has been very helpful when we have had issues with our products being delivered late or not at all. We are able to track where each product leaves from us so they know exactly what stage of production they're currently at. This helps keep everyone informed about current status of orders which makes communication much easier than if someone was out sick etc.
