My experience using Xero and how great this software really works

1) The system is easy to use as it provides the complete functionality that I require for a daily basis.2) It is very affordable with its monthly cost3) Easy to customize reports4) Easy to access online support team- Highly recommended! Nothing much so far; we are loving it! We have not faced any challenge yet till now so we will only say that it is totally awesome.The best tool for our business needs at least for now as it has many functions such as order management, shipping, invoicing, etc…

Pros

  • Very user friendly interface great graphic design too (it looks professional)
  • Lots o features available in one place without having separate programs/software needed.
  • Multiple data input options provided along side multiple report output methods also.

They did a good job setting up my website, but didn't come back to check it afterwards.

A little disappointed as I thought I was paying them for them to sort out my sites.. However, I am not too bothered as I have seen improvements. It's not 100% yet though as I think I will get a better deal next time. If you are after something that isn't complex or overly technical then go ahead and use them. They did a great job setting it all up. But now they've left it to rot and haven't been back since December. That said, if your site is reasonably uncomplicated then this might work very…

  • Easy to understand and configure (I had help from someone who knew what he was doing)
  • Great support staff
Cons
  • Can be slow when initializing (3 hours for me!)
  • They don't give any clear indication about how long things should take, so you can easily be misled by their figures
