Good lighter but (1) the handle is heavy, (2) you have to press the child lock AND the at the same time Light button! . (3) I still don't know if I filled it all the way up because I haven't had a shot yet from loading butane (you know, that little spray that tells you the lighter is full), (4) it should be double-sided lighting, buy, I only see one in front, (5) it is NOT portable to take outdoors. It stays in the house. I'm not going to use that much. The flame is adjustable, but this does not compensate for all other shortcomings. He has a hanger = WHY? UPDATE, UPDATE: I bought this on 11/15/16, filled it many times and it's already blown. It doesn't light up, I can't find a "Flint" hole - if there is one, but I don't think it is since it's electric - and it just isn't usable at the moment. I bought two so I have one more but if it goes away I'm going back to my oil lighter. There were no instructions included except that you have to turn it upside down to refuel, just like any other butane gas lighter. I just called Zippo (5/12/17) and the lady (Lois) said I could return it for free (let's see) so I will. She said I NEED to get a "squirt" of the butane to let me know it's full, but that has NEVER happened since I've owned it. I'll start with the second one and see if the same thing happens.
