I have done several tests with the GL.iNET GL-X750 with standard antennas and this antenna, this antenna improved the signal quality by about 5% and the speed by an average of 10%. The biggest advantage of this product is that you can place the antenna high and in a window. All of my testing was done with the GL-X750 in the window for an accurate comparison, but the true value of this antenna became apparent when I placed the router on a stand in my office. The standard antennas couldn't pick up the signal as well as this antenna, which was located in the window overlooking the next tower. I used this with a Verizon compatible SIM card. I'm in the country about two miles from the nearest tower with no line of sight (trees in the way). I would recommend it to a friend and buy again if needed.
