I like how easy it was for my staff members (and myself) when setting up new patients because of all their great training videos! It's not perfect but they are continually improving so we can see improvement over time!! The price point makes this an excellent option if you have less than 50 employees or need low cost options in Health IT solutions. We had been using another medical billing system which didn't integrate well into our practice management platform - MedMinder-EHP has integrated seamlessly allowing us access right from one screen rather then multiple screens/apps.
