This filter worked fantastic! I used some tape and cardboard and made a cover for one of my telescopes. The sun looks yellow-orange through the filter and I could see a few sunspots. This saved me a lot of money! Update **** So the leaf was enough for me to make 2 solar filters. I also have a Celestron 130slt telescope and the top cap that comes with it has another smaller cap that comes off leaving a small hole. I cut out a small square from this sun filter film and glued it to the inside of the cover cap. I went outside to try it this morning and it worked! I now have a solar filter for both of my telescopes and it cost me less than $25! I took some photos of the 130slt cap cap
