The magnets in this one are great. That’s about it that’s good with this mesh though. The adhesive strip isn’t sticky enough to stay on the frame. I followed the instructions and cleaned the frame first then let dry then applied the tape. The tape wouldn’t stay up so I also applied the thumb tacs. It still somehow comes undone from time to time.The mesh as you can see in a photo isn’t very strong. I’ve already got a sizeable whole that makes the mesh door useless now at keeping bugs out. The vinyl that houses the magnets is cheap material as well within a week I could see wear and some tear from when the magnets would clasp shit and open. They would rub the fabric together causing it to start to wear thin and then tear. I really wanted to like this one. We have a weird sized door that most other mesh doors were to big for. This one was the perfect size and like I said the magnets placement is really great. Unfortunately this item just isn’t built to last. We’ve only had it for 2 maybe 3 months and it’s time for it to go into the trash. I would try this item again in hopes that I got a poorly manufactured one but I’m not paying for another one.
