Great tool that helps manage staffing easily
The ease of use and customization, I can't think of anything i dislike! It's helped eliminate our scheduling problem, but it also has allowed us to see who does what best when we need them - which saves time because now we know if someone needs more training or not. It would be nice for multiple people with different roles/responsibilities in one department to have their calendars separate from each other as well. We don't currently do this (but may at some point) but it'd help make things easier if they could all access the same calendar.

- How easy everything is once you get used too how its set up initially; very helpful customer service team that will answer questions quickly without any hassleThe ability yo schedule shifts online instead just having an email sent out about schedules being availableI love using XAI versus trying something else like shiftguru etcBecause there are no additional costs associatedYou dont' really even realize your working
