Excellent radio, but air conditioning and heating are no longer controlled

So audio and video are excellent! Easy navigation and very easy installation despite the lack of installation documents. My only gripe is that the device has completely lost control of the screen functions! In rare cases, when the car starts, the fans turn on, but only for 5 seconds, after which everything stops.
