Pros: I liked that it has two USB ports for external storage. Cons: Needs constant reloading. Local Area Network (LAN) connections are constantly being dropped. Never worked more than two weeks. Died today (installed just 8 months ago) during a meeting with a customer. Very dissatisfied with this product. TO UPDATE. Contacted Linksys Technical Support. Spent over an hour updating the firmware, rebooting and resetting. The engineering department decided (finally) that the router needed to be replaced. I have to pay shipping both ways. There is no return option. The good news is that the new NETGEAR replacement router you bought is faster than Linksys ever was and doesn't require constant reboots.
