Review on Garmin Forerunner 45: Easy-to-Use GPS Running Watch with Free Training Plan Support in Red by Chuck Chen

I have a diameter of 39 mm. I'm a woman with a small wrist, so I think smaller is better (pictured). The font size on the screen is large enough to scroll through while running. The color wasn't quite purple, but still very pretty! As for features, it was easy to figure out. Make sure to download the Garmin app to keep your watch and phone in sync. When you finish your run or walk, save your data and go to the Garmin app on your phone. You can see all your data. If you want to download somewhere from there, all download options are there. I kept this for weeks and have run (long distances) dozens of times. Battery life wasn't an issue. As for the flexible rubber strap, some people have complained, but I really liked it. As for accuracy, you know the Garmin rep. I got this watch for my (first) marathon training. Very satisfied so far!
