Great support, update your OS *updated*

*update* Following my previous review (below), not only was I able to install and use the adapter on my Rpi, I bought it for a Windows computer that I needed for occasional internet connections. While the one on the Windows machine is brand new, the installation went smoothly and everything works fine. In my opinion a good adapter. *Original review* I haven't had a chance to enforce this adapter yet. However, not being a regular Linux user, the support from this Brostech vendor was what I would normally expect, not the new normal of vendors blaming each other for a non-working product and leaving the customer to deal with it to try to figure out a problem. Solution. However advice. Make sure your operating system is up to date and reboot completely before installing the driver. This saves you emails to the support team, which is great. Did I mention it? Background: I am using this on RPi3.

  • This is driving me insane
