American Express serve is both online and offline pathway that allows for payment of prepaid card. This process does not do with bank details before services can be done. It is more faster secured and reliable. most users of prepaid card does transaction with ease without bothering with the transaction fees. This prepaid card can be used almost everywhere. Since it can be used almost everywhere, but not everywhere this is a disadvantage to the payment system, unlike visa and MasterCard that can be used in the whole world. Thought some users still complain that the transaction fee is high compared to bank operations.
