As one of our clients, it was great getting support from this team in terms that they were able make suggestions for improvements as well provide feedback when needed or required! They are very flexible & willing at all times go above expectations which is really important if you want your business supported 100% - we weren't always given much choice about what products/services offered but now I feel like there's no need because everything has been put together so perfectly!! It takes time initially (a few weeks) until everyone gets used too as its not just something new straight away however once people get into their groove things have run smoothly ever since. The only thing would be maybe more training content added? We didn’t realise how many different ways data could come across us epecially via social media marketing etc so some extra guides may help others who aren't familiar.
