Ordered a hand pump made in China to save a few bucks. Let me tell you, it wasn't worth the trouble. Billionair's Chinese product may have come with two repair kits (consisting of O-ring kits) and a bottle of lube (which was punctured and leaking all over the shipment) but it had no instructions and didn't work right out of the box. I try to return it but the company doesn't even reply to emails. I bought this pump from Benjamin as a replacement and was pleasantly surprised that it not only came with instructions but only required a single assembly. There were 4 screws (two for the base plate, two for the handle) and all I needed was a Phillips head screwdriver. It assembled in less than a minute and connected instantly to my Benjamin Marauder. It worked great, felt sturdy and well built, and was comfortable to use. Don't get me wrong, it takes some effort once you get the psi in, but it's a great alternative to scuba gear if you want to avoid the extra expense or refueling on site. My only concern is that I would like the inflation hose to be longer and more flexible so it would be more convenient to use and easier to pack into a backpack for use in the field without worrying about you twisting it. . The delivery was insanely fast! I ordered it late Friday night and it was on my doorstep when I got home from work on Monday night. It was well packaged and arrived with no problems. Overall I would recommend this pump. I tried going the cheaper route and ended up regretting it. As they say, buy quality the first time and only cry once.
