The product received is not of the quality expected. I wanted a smaller kettle because I usually have two cups of coffee in the morning, grind beans and use a French press. It fit and the positive reviews convinced me to buy it. I knew it would be lighter due to the lower capacity, but honestly it's too light - even thin - and the lid rattles when lifted or moved. It rattles because it's not snug at all; it is completely loose and does not seal. If you turn it over, the lid will fall to the ground. There are several ventilation holes in the lid itself, but I don't know why. How can water boil fast enough when there are vent holes drilled in the lid? To be honest, it looks more like a child's toy than a working kettle.
