I looked at these tires the month before last when a friend boasted while riding an RAF4. I gave it three weeks to think about it, and just before the holidays, I finally grew up and bought it. What can I say but fantastic. Definitely worth the cost is the price! I merely intend to drive primarily on snow and ice. It is obvious that brakes on asphalt are not as effective as on snow (clearly, bare tarmac is not a straight profile for studded tires). I'm very content!
- They know about porridge and keep well on snow and ice. I'll cross my fingers that the deep-set spikes won't just come out.
- I followed the advice, thus I haven't yet discovered any drawbacks (I'm not sure if there are any or not).
