So far the product is working well. It was easy to install. It has a leader line (intentional or unintentional) between the adhesive strip and the silicone strip. This made it very easy to line up the edge of the door with the "guideline" to maximize the silicone tape covering the door gap. Now, a week later, it sticks well. We bought a 1.5" wide gasket and it closes the gap almost perfectly. It's not that easy to notice when looking at a closed door. And while it's visible when you open the door, it doesn't look gaudy. while satisfied.
