My old Revo 1600 OpenELEC computer refused to play H265 files so I needed an upgrade. Gigabit Ethernet ports. I added 4GB Crucial DDR3L 1600 RAM, an old Crucial MX100 256GB SSD I had and Windows 10. This little guy is a great replacement for that old computer. t, and since it has no moving parts, it operates completely silently. I don't have 4k files so can't say how well it will handle that, but for my 720p/1080p footage it works great. It also serves as a Deluge server that runs over a VPN and is always on. . It has downloaded TB of data for me for the past few months with no issues. It just works, quietly, all day, every day, bringing good to the network. My only complaint is that I couldn't get the consumer IR to work well with Eventghost, but since I had an IR receiver from an old setup, I turned on the built-in IR pretty quickly and just dialed what I wanted knew will work. Buy, add Ram and SSD and be happy.
