It was easy to setup, it handles large orders very well (and I have done thousands of them).
There could be some more customization options as we are solving for problems that other systems don't address at all but overall there's not too many things you can complain about since this system has been such an asset in our operations! We've had no issues with support or implementation- they were great from day one. If your looking into having multiple locations/branches then this might not meet those needs however if its just for 1 location, definitely go ahead and give them a try because their customer service and product itself makes me want to use it everywhere else. For my business it solves so much logistical pain by taking away paper work.
