This case is driving me crazy. If it's on and plugged in when the computer boots up, I get a CD drive. If you turn it off and on again, it tries to present itself as a hard drive. I need to restart my computer to recover the CD drive. That's ridiculous. EDIT: Forgot to mention support didn't help at all. They replied after 3 days and only asked for the order number. Not sure why it matters at all. I think you only get support after X days. It then took 2 more days for them to reply to this and tell me ok we will look into this and come back if we figure something out. It was 4 days ago. EDIT 2: After many useless negotiations with support (also weeks of waiting) they finally gave up. They have no idea what's wrong with the fuselage, didn't offer a replacement, nothing. Basically they just told me to look into it. Rating downgraded to 1 star.
