Review on Centerpoint Direct, LLC by Louis Asok

The customer service team are always willing & able help you with any issue or query that arises during your contract period! I have no complaints about this product so far - it's been great working alongside them for over two years now as we've grown together in size (from 2 people at start up stage). They're very professional but also friendly which makes life easy when dealing directly w/them rather then through an agent who can't offer much support anyway if anything goes wrong? We use their cloud PBX solution for all our calls including internal communication between departments etc., they provide excellent call recording functionality too along side being good value overall compared other providers around us such has Vonage / BT Infinity.
