I love the gloves and think they will be exactly as I bought them for THE HEAVY BAG. The only problem I had was that I ordered a large because a lot of the reviews said they ran small, but I felt that wasn't true. I'm 5ft 8" and 170-175. My hands measure 8.5 inches from the knuckles of the wrist to the end of the middle finger 7.5 inches. I'm going back to my normal size to be able to move a lot even with bandages. Apart from this size, I really like the gloves, also I'm not a professional boxer or kick boxer, but I've practiced martial arts for many years and have used a lot of sports equipment that costs less, but I like it. costs money. My 2 cents hope this helps. Well, update your return. I received the same size as I sent it back. So I'll come back for a refund and will order from another company. Apparently nobody read my comment on the return last time. The gloves seem to be of good quality but my training is delayed waiting for the right size.
