Love these gloves, the fit and quality are great. They are quite stiff and fit small to be large but I have medium to small hands so it doesn't really matter to me. I highly recommend them. UPDATE May 10, 2013 - I've used them a few times to work with heavy bags and they break in very well. Still, agree with my original review above.

I am a 5ft 5in 130lb girl and the "regular" size is too small. I couldn't even make a fist without a bandage, let alone put on a bandaged glove. I should have listened to other reviews about how insanely small they are. I will definitely be returning these. I also don't think I'll get a "large" size because even a 2 ounce difference isn't enough for my hands to wear with wraps.

These gloves were bought specifically for working with a heavy bag. I've used them for 8 workouts and they wear well. They offer excellent protection and support. They are well ventilated and easy to put on and take off. My only complaint is that they seem a bit small. Super handy for punching heavy bags without being too bulky. Your fingers and thumbs are so well padded compared to my old gloves. In my old gloves my fingers felt smashed and sometimes my thumb felt tight as I punched. I have small hands and the regular fits perfectly with little room inside to move. These were the best gloves ever! Except that both gloves tore at the thumb at the same time. They were only 3 months old. That tells me either a bad product or a marriage. They would get 5 stars but for the price I paid I expected a decent living. I'm waiting to see how Ringside decides to deal with it.
