Firstly they are very well made and fit my Dewalt. They hold sandpaper very well when sanding flat, but they don't work well in tight corners, which is what I need them for. The pad is not beveled at all and is slightly smaller than the base. This caused the metal base to dangle and rub against the corner, creating indentations on the side face. If they were beveled and the pad was larger than the base these things would be better. I had to send them back and take the Dewalt, black in the photos. It is ideal for sanding in tight corners. Because of this, I had to rate them the way I did. See attached photos. I only wish Dewalt had a metal base instead of a plastic base. I don't know how long the tree trunk will last as it's plastic.
