First the bolt is only used to properly secure the pulley on the crankshaft. You use the stock washer and bolt to tighten to 60 ft-lbs, then loosen a full turn and finally tighten to 24 ft-lbs. Overall it's a good product, I'm happy with the pulleys they sell from horses that don't need to be bolted to the original crankshaft pulley and that's the only reason I gave this 4 stars.
