One of the pulleys doesn't fit my 2002 Ford Expedition 4x4 5.4, if you can't use all the pulleys it's defeating the purpose

Bought this to wake up my sluggish F150 rolling on 35" tires. These pulleys make the engine turn faster and easier, they really unleash horsepower!

This application was used on my 2001 Ford F150 5.4 V8 2V. Overall very satisfied, it will take some time and effort to install, but overall very satisfied. Under the hood, a noticeable increase is doing well. Definitely recommend.!

Lost a few pounds replacing the original pulleys. The OE crank pulley was the trickiest, put the 6 point head on the T-handle, fit the T-handle to the frame and flip the motor once. Removing the fan and shroud takes 1/3 the time in this project.

First the bolt is only used to properly secure the pulley on the crankshaft. You use the stock washer and bolt to tighten to 60 ft-lbs, then loosen a full turn and finally tighten to 24 ft-lbs. Overall it's a good product, I'm happy with the pulleys they sell from horses that don't need to be bolted to the original crankshaft pulley and that's the only reason I gave this 4 stars. I would have given it 5 stars but the alternator pulley was the same size as the one already on the truck. Why did I take the time to swap them out when they were the same size? I did it anyway as the lighter aluminum looked much better. Overall easy installation. Definitely need a puller, a stitch, and the instructions don't say you have to clean any part of the cylinder block to get the water pump pulley to fit. Fits 2000 EB Expedition with 5.4 liter engine. The installation didn't cause any problems. Special tools are required for the crank pulley. The hardest part for me was loosening the crankshaft pulley. I didn't have an impact wrench and it was a bit difficult to find one that would fit the gap between the screw and the radiator.
