Review on HDi Audio Sport Portable Stereo CD Boombox CD-518: AM/FM Radio, Aux Line-in, Black/Silver, Portable CD Player with Powerful Sound by Michael Pickering

05/21/2021Didn't you know. I gave my review yesterday that this CD player works perfectly. Today I tried playing some CDs and it stopped working completely. Radio works, only CD doesn't work. Why is it so hard to find a decent CD player without spending money on an expensive model? The Magnavox CD player I previously bought didn't even work right out of the box. It's so frustrating. I miss the days when these products were so much better and you didn't have to spend a lot of money on them. I missed the May 15 return deadline so I doubt I can get a refund. I haven't had much chance to use the CD Boombox, but so far it works well and does what it's supposed to. It's pretty easy to use and sounds great. My only complaint is with the radio dial display. This is great because many boomboxes don't even have this feature. On this, the channel slider is white and hard to see as you move it to find your stations.
