Waist of time and money!

I bought this device and spent a week working patiently with the support team to resolve the issue. Did this only to realize I had to send in a new unit as my original was "defective". I've been waiting for my replacement device for a week now. This one doesn't hold a charge and only has 3 out of 4 lights (phone light off) on the front. This is totally unacceptable. I spent good money on this device and the monthly plan. 3 weeks later my car is still unmarked.
