Works great. I have been using pocket clips which started slipping off after about a month. They feel solid and attach with a reassuring "click". Slide the red lever to the side and it will release so you can easily adjust it. Slide it the other way and it gets stuck on the strap. I only have half of it and it's holding on. There are two packs but I only needed one. The other goes in the glove compartment for storage. Yes, you can use binding clips, but the clips will rust, scratch your car's interior, and aren't as easy to adjust while you're in your seat. I don't regret this purchase one bit.
