I am very disappointed in the lack of commitment to quality control when assembling a product from a poorly cut piece just because it is 'close enough'. Upon unboxing I could see that the block was not cut straight at the base which is irritating to the eyes and can affect the long term reliability/stability of the instrument. Then when I reassembled I saw that the vertical part (also in the photo) isn't a square either! What does that say about the build quality? It's bad enough to annoy me, but do I want to spend another day buying toner, then go home to print a return label, and then head to UPS? Yesterday I was charged $3 for returning a purchase that turned out to be completely wrong because I couldn't print the return label.
